  1. How To Cancel my Appointment

    Scheduling Terms NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FEE: For the purpose of client satisfaction Vazquez Mobile CarWash & Detail schedules clients in specific time slots during the work week. The failure of the client to give Vazquez Mobile CarWash & Detail 48 hours notice of cancellation or change of the appointment is detrimental to the business of Vazquez Mobile CarWash. Any client who schedules a time slot, appointment or regular detailing service acknowledges and agrees that Vazquez Mobile CarWash reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or $35.00 if client does not call within 48 hours to time services is scheduled. If Vazquez Mobile CarWash shows up on location and client or client?s vehicle or recreational transportation are not present or do not show up on time scheduled, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable service fee for time lost. Please note that our staff will call if we are running later more then 1/2 hour then your scheduled appointment time. All schedule appointments are give or take a 1/2 hour from times noted, just in case traffic is bad or if previous appointments ran slightly over. Any gift certificate and others may take the risk of being voided if notice is not given, this risk also includes chance of rain. Vazquez Mobile CarWash second job is to monitor the weather, however if it is cloudy or a chance of rain during your service date and it does not rain and you cancel your appointment you may be at risk of losing any vouchers or in cure a service fee. However if it is raining the complete time frame for your appointment Vazquez Mobile CarWash will call you to confirm the next scheduled time.

    Rain Guarantee & Quality Guarantee Vazquez Mobile CarWash Detailing Specialists monitor the weather 24/7 to keep you posted on your scheduled appointment. If it is raining at the time and location of your scheduled service, Vazquez Mobile CarWash & Detail staff will call you to set up another service date that best fits your schedule. Vazquez Mobile CarWash & Detail also guarantees that if we service your vehicle and it rains within an eight-hour period after service has been completed, your next exterior wash will be free. **Rain Guarantee?A complete exterior wash package will be credited at next service appointment. Credit will be valid for exterior wash only and is not redeemable for cash. Offer is valid only for clients that service there vehicles with Vazquez Mobile CarWash & Detail with in the last three months and on a frequency basis. Vehicles that are serviced less than twice a year will not be included. You will receive one (1) free pass per year with our rain guarantee. Offer valid for regular clients only. Valid for auto's only, excludes recreational transportation. Offer not valid unless services performed were over $95.00 Please note: If an associate estimates and recommends that a vehicle needs service beyond what has been requested/purchased, Vazquez Mobile CarWash & Detail cannot guarantee complete satisfaction. For example, if an associate recommends interior carpet shampooing but the customer wants only vacuuming, we cannot guarantee that vacuuming carpets alone will improve their condition.   1. Companies Contract

    For the purpose of client & company satisfaction Vazquez Mobile CarWash schedules Company Contracts in specific time slots during the work week. The failure of the company representative to give Vazquez Mobile CarWash & Detail a three (3) days notice (excluding weekends) notice of cancellation or change of the appointment is detrimental to the business of Vazquez Mobile CarWash. Any company contact who schedules a time slot, appointment or regular detailing contract acknowledges and agrees that Vazquez Mobile CarWash reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. If Vazquez Mobile CarWash shows up on location and company vehicles or recreational equipment are not present or do not show up on time scheduled, we reserve the right to charge the average amount of vehicles or recreational transportation to be serviced for proposed contract. All company contracts are required to give a thirty day (30) written notice of any changes or cancelation. If The Company Has a 1Year Contract if You need to Cancel The Contract for any Reason there is a average charge for the rest of Contract.
